The breakfast offered was savoury and generous with fruits, live noodles, western options.

The place was fairly clean and staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. There were great value for money and brand-new rooms with good quality toiletries and fast internet plus great shower. The location was comfortable, near good shopping and the beautiful Jing'an Temple.

We've stayed here before and truly enjoyed this place. We had a real good stay, the hotel was charming small, clean, with perfect location very close to metro.

The hotel was clean, facilities were EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, particularly good location short walk to Very close to metro line 2 which is convenient for the railway stations. All the staff members were affable. Loved this very good business property, can't recommend highly enough.

Stylish boutique hotel with consistently courteous and amazingly nice staff with untrained front desk clerk. Lots of cheap food at breakfast time. Fast check-in and late check-out, parking outside the property. Great choice for trip.

Overall it was big size for exceptional value.

I asked for queen room, it was brand-new and good modern.

My stay at Paramount Gallery was fantastic. The hotel had a very good location, just a minute's walk from Jing'an Temple and the metro station. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with both a shower and a hot tub. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

Pleasantly surprised at how spacious and beautifully designed the king-sized room was. We were comfortable and very pleased with the choice.

The staff--and the lobby on the 12th floor, rather than the first--was not unfriendly. But not welcoming, either. But who cares? We had a great room.

- Great location, less than 5 mins walk to Metro Line 2 Jing'an Station. Jing'an Temple is just opposite the hotel. - The room is big, bed is comfortable. - Free WIFI in the room. - Friendly staff, greeted by housekeeping and front desk staff everyday. - Efficient check-in and check-out. Hotel staff also assist in calling for cab to the airport and was already waiting for me while check-out was done.

A little bit pricey considering there's no swimming pool, sauna or bar. Reception for check-in is on 12th floor and there's 2 entrances to the building which there's no signage to say where the reception is. If the hotel staff is not at ground level, the guest might need some time to find the reception. A bar that open till late in the evening for chilling out and winding down would be nice.

The venue is fairly clean, with comfortable location just off Shopping Centres, subway/underground and the center of Shanghai. The extremely helpful and very friendly staff all round. Savoury breakfasts for foreigners in general. Soft drinks at Irish bar, very good service. Very good overall experience.

We got great value for our money at Paramount Gallery. The room was comfy with a nice view, and the location was super convenient, just a two-minute walk to the metro station. The staff treated us so well, they were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could have had more vegetarian options.

Good staff; rooms were very clean. We have had à problemen with the airco system but Chinese perplex like hot rooms!
